Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kalbrow, we strive to provide high-quality eyebrow products to enhance your beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used eyebrow products.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened beauty products, including eyebrow pencils, gels, serums, and tools

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Health and personal care items for sanitary reasons

To process a return, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • If your return is rejected due to not meeting policy conditions, the item will be sent back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may delay refunds). If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@kalbrow.com.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@kalbrow.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: {Kalbrow Address}.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • If returning a higher-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
